Small town america being the root of the problem. The township of Foxholm had the nerve to tell us that we can't put septic in land in less than 5 acre plots. Our plot is 2.5 because we couldnt afford and didnt need more. Where tret pcked land, to get the redt of it is all sloping hill down to the highway. No thanks? We cant even afford that and wouldnt get any use out of it. So here trent begins the phone calls. He ends up with the health department and county seed and both say minimum is 2 acres. The county says go ahead and if anyone gives him prblems, come right to then.

Awesome sauce, now the land is surveyed! So the next step is to take it to the courthouse and get it finalized... We almost have a bew address :D so lets SELL THIS HOUSE!!!! Next step, health department has to go out there and do their inspection for septic. What a mess. Why couldnt we have just bought a house? ;( ohwell. Project's on its way. It will all be worth it in the end!!!
